Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water) is a sterile, 0.9% benzyl alcohol-preserved water solution used for the reconstitution of lyophilised peptides and research compounds. The benzyl alcohol preservative inhibits bacterial growth, allowing multi-dose use of reconstituted vials when stored correctly.
