We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely via Stripe. All card transactions are encrypted using TLS and handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — we never store your card details.
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation email. If a payment fails or is declined, please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank.
All payments are processed over a fully encrypted connection. Your card information is never stored on our servers.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders are typically dispatched the next working day. Orders placed before 7:00 am may be dispatched the same day, depending on demand. Orders placed after this time or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next available working day.
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. UK orders are dispatched via Evri (tracked); USA orders are dispatched via UPS International (tracked).

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
We may review and assist at our discretion but are under no obligation to provide a replacement or refund.
